Program

The Steel Construction Day is special for everybody. And with a range of informative topics, the day offers something for everyone.

The program includes:

Plenary conference, with attention to the sustainability of steelproduction- and steelbuiding processes, the effective collaboration between parties within the steelbuilding industry, introduction of a new generation of Eurocodes and the announcement of the winners of the StudentSTEELprice 2025
Breakout sessions, concerning architecture and structural design with steel for buildings and infrastructure
Knowledge- and networking session of the Steel Frame Construction Platform (PSFB)
Hackathon@Staalbouwdag 2025, the interactive workshop for young professionals in architecture and structural design and
Trade fair with stands from some 60 companies and organizations.
